PROJECTS Joshua Green Building  Joshua Green was one of Seattle’s founding fathers; it is to him the city owes some of the first boating and banking services in the Puget Sound area. The steel-framed terracotta structure which bears his name blends classical style with functionality, while its decorative façade represents the distinctive architectural features in use at the time of its creation in 1913. A metropolitan landmark, its restoration will soon be complete and will serve as one of only a handful of historically-classified office spaces available in Seattle’s centrally-located financial district.
